Privacy Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This policy describes the current technical structure of the Denizli VIP Transferim website. The controller's legal identity, server logging and the business's message retention practices remain unverified. See the Data Protection Notice draft for purposes, legal grounds and your rights.

2. What happens in the quote form?

Your name, phone number, route, date, time, passenger count and notes are turned into a WhatsApp message in your browser. The current application has no web server endpoint that stores these form fields, no member account and no online payment system.

Opening WhatsApp places the message text inside the link address. Opening that address can transmit the text to WhatsApp infrastructure before you press “Send” in the application to message the business. You can review and edit the message within WhatsApp. Opening or submitting the form does not automatically confirm a booking.

The site does not save form data in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Your browser's autofill, history or tab-restoration features may retain information separately. Check those settings on shared devices, and do not share a WhatsApp link containing your message.

3. WhatsApp, telephone and email

WhatsApp use is subject to its privacy policy. An email link opens your email application; a message is transmitted when you send it there. The published email address uses Gmail, so Google's privacy policy is also relevant to that service. A telephone link opens your device's calling function.

These external services may process data outside Türkiye. The business's accounts, backups, recipients and transfer safeguards have not been confirmed. Linking to third-party policies does not remove the business's own data protection duties. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can contact the business by telephone; email also uses a separate third-party service.

4. Technical requests and external content

Your IP address and technical browser request information reach the hosting infrastructure to display the page. The hosting provider may maintain access or security logs. Live server settings have not been inspected, so the fields recorded, access permissions and retention periods are not asserted here.

The reviewed site code has no external analytics, advertising pixel, embedded map or chat tracker. Images are loaded from local files. The site uses system fonts on your device and makes no external font requests. Following WhatsApp or other external links opens the relevant provider's own environment. 5. Retention, deletion and security

The absence of a website form database does not mean WhatsApp or email conversations are never stored. Message and device-backup retention and deletion periods remain unverified. No unconfirmed automatic deletion deadline or absolute security guarantee is offered.

Share only information needed for your request; do not send payment card details or identity documents. When the purpose and legal grounds expire, data must be erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable duties. 6. Changes to this policy

If the form or services change, this policy must be updated to reflect actual practice. Any new analytics, advertising or processing purpose requires appropriate information and, where required, permission before it is introduced.
